1.Apresentação
“The Trails of Almourol ” is an event of running and walking. It has two levels of participation in Trail and a hike. It is an activity that runs through the marked paths, standing position, or small routes or natural obstacles. “The Trails of Almourol” combine the sport with the enjoyment of historic sites, beautiful scenery and pleasant. Is the first edition marathon trail.
Integra, together with 6 tests the circuit ASICS Trail adventure.
The course - “Trilhos“ – this is the biggest event. It begins in the village of Aldeia do Mato, Abrantes municipality, near the lake of Castelo de Bode dam and travels a distance of 42 km in order to go all the way in the shortest time possible. Traverses areas of the municipalities of Abrantes, Tomar, Constance, from Vila Nova and Barquinha Junction, moving along the River Zêzere and Tagus River, across the entire Park Almourol.
It is a testament addressed to experienced athletes.
The trail course – “Mini-Trilhos” – starts at Constancia and has a distance of 21 km. It is a testament to promote the Trail. It is aimed at athletes who begin the practice of this specialty of Athletics and its main aim go all the way in the shortest time possible.
In the activity of walking – Caminhada- the walkers start their activities in Railway station where to take the train to Almourol, where the footpath starts.
All routes end in the middle of the “Bonito Park” in Entroncamento City

2. Levels of participation

Course Mini-Trilhos: 16 years and presentation of the disclaimer parent.
- The brackets refer to the participant’s age on the day of the event.
- On the walk, there is no minimum holding time

5. Registration
TRILHOS
The winners of the last two editions have free registration, simply express interest in participating. From the 4th edition of the inscription is free to the last three winners of the event (main event).

Payment for registration must be made before the March 4 or March 18, according to the specific case of registration.
Lunch
-Lunch is optional. It will cost € 7.00 for participants or companions. Must report at the time of enrollment, this option.
-Ability to choose vegetarian menu, do get this information by email.
The registration fee entitles you to:
- Participation in the event the chosen route

6. Registration Forms
Registration residing in Portugal
Entries must be made within the specified time frame, in proper form or online at the club. After registering, you will have 5 days to make payment via ATM reference
Submissions from outside Portugal
Foreign participants should use the IBAN PT50 0035 0282 00013411030 55 and / or BIC SWIFT CGDIPTLP to proceed to your registration. Should register by mail only: geral@clac.pt and payment for IBAN such.
Secretariat
The latter will operate in the clubhouse the day up to 18:30 30 March 2012.

Baths

Nights
There are several in the region offering hospitality but the organization offers the possibility to stay overnight in the ward, in the Rules Maintenance on a “Hard Ground” and free of charge. This scheme is an improvised installation in this case, the offer of a bunk bed with a pillow but without blankets. Recovery Massage
The School of Massage and Applied Movement (EMMA) ensures recovery massage to athletes participating in courses and “Mini-Trilhos” and “Trilhos”.
Supplies:
There will be regular supplies on all routes. Will be informed of local time.
8.Paths andControl
- The traffic will not be cut by the player responsible for taking precautions when crossing roads or railroads.
- There will be a time control through Constance (km 21), being unable to continue the race any athlete that exceeds the 3:30 hour on this site
There will control passage in undisclosed places
- The rutes will be posted on the club website.
- Due to weather or otherwise, the route of the race could be changed.
9. Awards
“Trilhos”
- Trophy “Almourol rails” to first 5 ranked overall (M /F)
- At first 3 overall male and female will be given a voucher with material ASICS. 4th and 5th place: memories Asics
- Trophy “Almourol rails” to the 3 winners of each grade (but / emf)
- 3/1 teams (sum of ratings of the first four elements of the club)
“Mini-Trilhos”
- Trophy “Almourol rails” to 5/1 ranked overall (but / emf)
- The 1st place overall will be awarded in memory material ASICS.
– From 2 to 5 shall be allocated memories Asics
- On the walk there will be no classification.
10. recommendation
- The Walkers should use the t-shirt offered by the organization.
- All participants must wear the chest and placed below the chest
Athletes are advised to carry with you:
A system suitable for water transport (door-bidon, camelback or other)

11.Disqualification
11.1-All participants will have made the route marked. Will be disqualified who does not realize the path defined by the organization.
11.2-be disqualified who does not follow the instructions of the elements involved in the organization.
11.3- Get a unsportsmanlike conduct or aggressive.
(Will not be allowed any inappropriate behavior or verbal or physical aggression.
Directorate of event may opt for a warning, expulsion or disqualification of offenders.)
11.4-Get a polluting conduct
(Respect for the environment: The athlete is responsible for the transport of containers and other trash produced by themselves, and deposit it in the nearest supply or arrival.)
12. Several
12.1-Participants will be responsible for their condition and bears the risks and consequences of their participation in the race
12.2-The organization declines any responsibility in case of accident, theft of objects or values of each member in their cars.
12.3-Any protests must be presented to the organization one hour after the publication of its provisional classification. Protests must be written and signed by himself. The decision taken by the board of proof on the protest shall be final decisions taken.
12.4-Omissions or doubtful of this Regulation shall be resolved by the management of test
12.5 – The images obtained during the event may be used by CLAC in promoting events and whose organization is your responsibility.
